Join Phi Alpha Delta and the New Hampshire Statewide Alumni Chapter for a webinar featuring Judge Martin Karopkin on Tuesday, October 22nd at 7 p.m. Eastern time. Judge Karopkin will be discussing United Nations War Crimes Tribunals based on his experience serving as an International Judge with the United Nations Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo (2004-0205) and as a Reserve Justice of the Supreme Court of the ECCC of Cambodia during the initial rule making phase of that tribunal (2006-2008). He will be speaking for 20-25 minutes and host a Q & A session.
