Presented by Lauren Krapf, National Policy Counsel for the Anti-Defamation League
Online hate and harassment is pervasive and its impact is increasing. Find out how someone becomes a target, the goals of a perpetrator, and where the law is falling short. We’ll illuminate the real-world effects online harassers create for
victims and targets, and the legal loopholes that allow this harassment to thrive. We’ll also consider emerging methods of disinformation, what platforms are doing, and the steps needed to promote better policy and legislation.
