  • Minnesota Habeas Project Trainings - University of Minnesota Law School’s event page describing free Zoom trainings on filing and litigating federal habeas petitions to seek release for immigrants held in immigration detention in Minnesota.
  • Federal Act Reporting Form - Established by the Minnesota Attorney General's Office to report incidents or effects related to recent federal actions in Minnesota.
  • Advocates for Human Rights - a nonprofit that defends and advances human rights, offering client services, know-your-rights resources, and volunteer opportunities including immigration-related work in the Upper Midwest.
  • Immigrant Law Center of Minnesota (ILCM) - a nonprofit that provides free immigration legal representation to low-income immigrants and refugees in Minnesota and North Dakota, along with community education and policy advocacy.
  • Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid - a volunteer page that outlines pro bono opportunities for attorneys, students, and community members, with training and support to help expand access to justice.
  • Minnesota Attorney General - FAQ and downloadable guide explaining what Minnesota organizations should know about ICE activity at sensitive locations and how to respond.
  • Minnesota Attorney General’s Federal Action Reporting Form - allows Minnesotans to report specific incidents or impacts related to recent federal actions (including DHS/ICE/CBP activity) so the office can assess and address those impacts.
