Anti-Racism Statement

Phi Alpha Delta is an actively anti-racist organization. Anti-racism aims to uplift the innate humanity and individuality of historically marginalized groups. Anti-racism requires active resistance to, and dismantling of, the system of racism to obtain racial equity. This Anti-Racism Vision Statement is intended to identify, combat, and prevent racism and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in our Fraternity.
