Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion
Phi Alpha Delta is committed to our mission. It is through devotion to the ideals of Integrity, Compassion, Courage, Professionalism, Service, Diversity, and Innovation that we better both our profession and our community.
We will be adding resources, speakers, timelines and other important Diversity, Equity & Inclusion information on this page. If you have suggestions, please use the suggestion box below. Your input is important.
At the June 11, 2020 board meeting, the International Executive Board (“IEB”) received an initial proposal from Franklin Dickerson Turner, Ph.D. to implement a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Plan (“DEI Plan”).
This plan is being executed by the IEB, Executive Office, and the DEI Advisory Council (comprised of P.A.D. members) with those serving on additional special projects councils.

Do you have suggestions for the DEI Advisory Council and its initiatives? You have a voice in P.A.D., and we want to hear it. If you do not have time to participate formally with the council, please submit your ideas for consideration.
We encourage our members to feel empowered to check-in as we implement our DEI plan and initiatives. If you’d like to work with the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council, please contact P.A.D. Executive Director, Andrew Sagan.
The Advisory Council for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion was established on July 16, 2020.
