Michelle Heck
Director of Unite Services, LSAC

Michelle Heck is the Director of Unite Services. Prior to joining LSAC in 2023, she spent 17 years working in law school admissions, first as the Director of Admissions & Financial aid at the University of Missouri and later as the Associate Dean of Admissions at the University of Richmond School of Law. She earned her BS in marketing from Union University and her MA in educational leadership and policy analysis at the University of Missouri. 

During her time in law school admissions, she served on many committees and boards. Before joining LSAC, Michelle served on the Annual Meeting and Educational Conference Planning Work Group, Services and Programs Committee, Information Systems Division Advisory Group, Assessments Committee, and many forum panels. She also served as well as chaired the New Admission Personnel and Faculty Members Workshop Planning Work Group.
