Dear Brothers, Sisters, and Siblings, Greetings from Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International. If you are interested in providing dedicated service to our Fraternity through the Phi Alpha Delta International Foundation, please review the following opportunity to join the Foundation Board of Trustees. About the FoundationThe Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization and serves as the charitable arm of our Fraternity. While closely aligned with our mission, it is a completely separate legal entity from the Fraternity, which is a 501(c)(7). Led by Chair Brother Thomas Bentz, the Foundation Board manages our Convention Grant Program and provides essential funding for fraternity-wide events, including the 66th Biennial Convention & Leadership Conference, the Law Mock Trial Competition, and the Pre-Law Conference and Expo. The Appointment ProcessPursuant to Section 3.2 of the Foundation Policy Manual, the International Executive Board (IEB) is responsible for appointing three (3) of the Foundation’s seven (7) Trustees in even-numbered years. - Term of Service: Two years (September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2028).
- Deadline for IEB Appointment: June 30, 2026.
How to ApplyIf you wish to be considered for a Trustee position, please submit your application via email to Executive Director Andrew Sagan no later than Wednesday, May 29, 2026, at 5:00 PM ET. Your application must include the following materials in Word or PDF format: - A Statement of Intent: A short summary (no more than 500 words) explaining why you want to serve as a Foundation Trustee and what you hope to accomplish during your two-year term.
- A Resume/CV: Highlighting your service to P.A.D. and any other non-profits with which you are, or have been, affiliated.
