The 56th Annual P.A.D. Day will take place this year with Supreme Court Bar admission occurring only by written motion. As a P.A.D. member, we are happy to help facilitate your admission into the U.S. Supreme Court Bar.
P.A.D. makes the admission process smooth for alumni members. Eligible applicants must be in at least 3 years good standing with their state’s highest court. If you need help obtaining sponsor signatures, please contact us as we are happy to provide those signatures to P.A.D. Day participants.
Please note that once admitted via written motion, admittees are not permitted to participate in a future in-person swearing-in ceremony. Written motion admittees receive the same benefits of the Court, such as access to attend U.S. Supreme Court with preferred seating, access to the library, and a certificate. View the complete list of benefits.
Members must submit application and registration forms to the Executive Office by the deadline of Monday, April 18, 2022.
You must have been admitted to practice and in good standing for at least 3 years with the highest court of your state.
Your certificate of good standing must be from the highest court in the state and not the state bar association.
If you need help obtaining sponsor signatures, please let us know – we can help!
Applications must be typed.
If you are emailing your materials, the seal on your certificate of good standing must be visible.
Once you complete the application, please submit all documents and payment to cory@pad.org or by mail to:
