On behalf of the International Executive Board (“IEB”), thank you to all our siblings who provided feedback on the proposals to amend the IEB Policy Manual to add Special Advisors as non-voting members of the IEB and to amend the Fraternity Policy Manual to add a Chief Advocacy Officer and a Chief Diversity Officer as non-voting members of the IEB. In light of the feedback received during the comment period, several IEB members prepared a revised proposal requiring the IEB to appoint a Chief Legal Advisor and Chief Diversity Advisor, both of whom would serve as non-voting members of the IEB.
