Strategic Plan
Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International’s Strategic Plan

About

We are pleased to present to you Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International’s Strategic Plan, which outlines our vision and roadmap for the future. P.A.D. has been a beacon of professionalism and a driving force in providing service to the student, the school, the profession, and the community since its founding in 1902. As we embark on the next chapter, we are committed to strengthening our impact, expanding our reach, and adapting to the evolving needs of the legal profession.

The Strategic Plan is the culmination of collaboration, research, and analysis of data gathered from key stakeholders within P.A.D. It is designed to serve as a compass to guide our Fraternity's growth and development over the next five years. The Strategic Plan outlines a vision, sets forth a list of objectives, and prioritizes a number of initiatives designed to meet our members where they are and move Phi Alpha Delta forward. Most importantly, it highlights our objective to not only sustain our legacy, but our desire to continue to thrive in an ever-changing legal landscape.

The Phi Alpha Delta Strategic Plan is built upon four key focus areas:

  1. Programming, Events, & Training
  2. Engagement & Communication
  3. Leadership & Volunteering
  4. Collaboration & Alliance

To accomplish these goals, our Strategic Plan outlines a comprehensive set of objectives, initiatives, and performance metrics. We will leverage technology, innovation, and data-driven decision making to enhance our operational efficiency, ensure fiscal sustainability, and provide impactful resources and services to our members.

We believe that this Strategic Plan will position Phi Alpha Delta to remain the preeminent law fraternity as it will enable us to meet our members where they are in a dynamic and forward-thinking way. Most importantly, it is a testament of our commitment to continually strive for excellence, embrace change, and make a lasting impact on the legal profession.

Our Mission

Phi Alpha Delta is the world’s preeminent law fraternity because of our dedication to service: service to the student, the school, the profession, and the community.

It is through devotion to the ideals of compassion, courage, diversity, innovation, integrity, professionalism, and service that we better both our profession and our community. Through accepting our differences we become not just a law fraternity, but a family.
