To develop and implement a comprehensive communication plan that addresses interactions and engagement at all levels of membership, leadership, staff, and the profession and community.

  1. Review current capabilities and invest in new tools and technology to enhance our communication capabilities.
  2. Identify creative and meaningful ways to promote engagement and foster a sense of community with members across all levels of the Fraternity.
  3. Identify and implement processes and procedures to review communication strategies through a DEI lens.

Assess and document current communication tools, technology, and capabilities

  • Appoint committee or other objective lead.

Research Alternative methods of communication tools and technologies

  • Committee or other objective lead will create suggestions for alternative organizations.

Analyze current tools technology, capabilities, and alternatives

  • Committee or other objective lead will review current technology and identify applicable stakeholders.
  • Committee or other objective lead will review communication protocols and recommend modifications to ensure communication capabilities are enhanced.

Create DEI Documents
