Payment Plan Options:

1. Half Now, Half Later: Pay half the S.O.S. application fee now ($25.50) on the day the form is received by the Executive Office. The second half ($25.50) will be charged on or around the 15th day of the next month. 
2. Monthly Installments: Pay four monthly payments. The first payment ($12.75) will be charged on the day the form is received by the Executive Office. The following three payments ($12.75) will be charged on or around the 15th of each month.

By submitting this form, you agree to complete the full payment obligation of  $51 for your S.O.S. application fee.

We cannot process your payment and your S.O.S. membership is incomplete until your application fee is received. If you have not already, please submit your Society of Scholars application here: https://www.PAD.org/SoS_application.
