In observance of Mental Health Awareness Month, please sign-up to participate in this year’s PADHI Kindness Card Exchange no later than Friday, May 8, 2026, at 11:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST). Members will receive a list of five (5) P.A.D. members to spread compassion and encouragement by no later than Monday, May 11, 2026. Kindness cards must be postmarked by Saturday, May 16, 2026.
