Jason is a 2010 graduate of SMU Dedman School of Law and has been practicing in the State of Texas for 13 years. He began his career as an appellate prosecutor in Montgomery County, Texas. During his time as a prosecutor, he became board certified in Criminal Appellate Law. After leaving his position as a prosecutor, he began working with Family and Appellate Law, helping with error preservation, trial strategy, research, appellate briefing, and taking on criminal appeals. Jason has now joined the firm as a Partner and heads up the criminal appellate and error preservation divisions. |
