Deadline to Hold Elections for PRELAW Chapters

The election of new officers is necessary to ensure continuity within your chapter and the Fraternity. The Fraternity expects all pre-law chapters to hold elections no later than the first week of April each year. However, we encourage you to hold elections earlier in the semester to allow time for shadowing and officer transitions. Election procedures should be established at least two months in advance, and outgoing officers should encourage qualified members to run for office by the end of February.

All chapter members in good standing are eligible to run for officer positions.
