Fraternity Policy Manual & International By-Laws Amendments - Public Comment Period Open

Your voice matters!

Several amendments to the fraternity by-laws and policies are being proposed to the International Executive Board for consideration including changes to the IEB itself to ensure continuity and a voice for student members. International Justice Maley has requested that all the proposed amendments be published for public comment by the membership before action is taken by the board regarding the proposals.

The following Fraternity Policy Manual & International By-Laws Amendments are being considered:

  • FPM - Article 1: Good Standing
  • FPM - Article 8: At-Large Delegates
  • FPM - Article 13: Chief Advisors
  • FPM - Article 15: Tribunal
  • FPM - Article 20: Audit Committee
  • FPM - Ritual: Pre-Law Changes
  • By-Laws: IEB Composition

 

Please note that the comment period will remain open for 45 days or until October 10, 2026. All comments to the proposed amendments must be made on the Google Form which is located on the amendment library linked above.
