Danné L. Johnson, J.D. is a Certified Diversity and Inclusion Professional and a tenured Professor of Law. She is responsible for helping organizations and individuals to build a culture that values all people. She engages the needs of her clients in a deep and probing way which allows for personal contemplation. Johnson enjoys discussions and research around implicit bias. She has published articles on a variety of topics including, but not limited to, securities regulation, and nonprofit organizations, along with race, class, and gender influences.  Johnson has been recognized for her community service and her effort to impact the world. The Journal Record has twice recognized Johnson by listing her as one of the “50 Women Making a Difference in Oklahoma.” Danné Johnson is a sought-after trainer and speaker. 

Johnson earned her JD from the National Law Center at George Washington University and her BA in Afro American Studies from the University of Pennsylvania. Her Certificates in Diversity and Inclusion are from Cornell and DTUI. Johnson and her spouse Reginald are the proud parents of two children Layla (18) and Ahmad (13). Her family serves as her motivation for all that she strives toward and is the reason for her struggle against everyday oppression. She values honesty, self-reflection, and justice.
