Commander Cave has practiced military law exclusively for 43 years. Over 22 years as a Navy judge advocate, he served in various assignments as a defense counsel, prosecutor, and command legal advisor. Since he retired he has been a civilian defense counsel for servicemembers all over the world who are in legal trouble.
