General P.A.D. Volunteer Interest

Are you interested in becoming a volunteer for Phi Alpha Delta? We are seeking motivated P.A.D. members who would like to give their time and talent to help drive our fraternity mission and core values. This form is for general volunteer interest in Phi Alpha Delta volunteer roles.

Certain Fraternity volunteer positions require additional application informationIf you indicate interest in a position that requires additional information, we will follow up with you regarding next steps.

There are several ways to volunteer with P.A.D., including:

Alumni Advisor: Alumni Advisors advise chapter officers, help with member recruitments, assist and report to the District Justice/Executive Office, encourage chapter participation in district and national events, and act as liaison to local alumni. 

Alumni Chapter Officer: We are always looking for local alumni to charter, reactivate or help out with our Alumni Chapters. For a list of Alumni Chapters, please click here. This is a great opportunity to grow local professional connections and enhance your P.A.D. network.

Councils and Committees: P.A.D. currently has multiple councils and committees that may be seated each biennium. These currently include the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Advisory Council, Programming Committee, Leadership Development Committee, Disciplinary Committee, Audit Committee, Competitions Committee, Dispute Resolution Committee, History Committee, and the Strategic Planning Committee.

District Justice or Assistant District Justice: If you are interested in serving as a District Justice or Assistant District Justice, please let us know and we will contact you with information on the current appointment process.

Phi Alpha Delta International Foundation Trustee: The Foundation is the 501(c)(3) charitable organization that supports Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International educational and leadership initiatives. We are looking for creative trustees who have backgrounds in fundraising, planned giving, strategic planning, and philanthropy.

Mentorship: Support P.A.D. student members through mentorship; these opportunities may be available as part of larger programs, like the G.O.L.D. Program, or on an individual basis.

Mock Trial Judge: If you are a licensed attorney who is interested in judging at our Mock Trial Competitions, please complete the form and we will contact you when we are recruiting judges. 

Speaker/Presenter: We are always looking for interested speakers for P.A.D. events. This includes P.A.D. national events like Convention and Pre-Law Conference, virtual presentations like the P.A.D. Speaker Series, and chapter events. If you are interested in presenting at an event, to a chapter, or via webinar, let us know. 

Translate Our Written Materials: We are actively looking for P.A.D. members who can help translate our materials into other languages. 

Convention Volunteers: Interested in helping out at Convention? The Executive Office is always looking for help with registration, auction, and more!
