Milgraum Family Service Grant Application

Eligibility Requirements:

Must be a First Responder, a family member of the First Responder, or have been touched by a First Responder’s service
Must be a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International OR a family member of a P.A.D. member
Be a U.S. citizen, legal permanent resident or eligible Non-U.S. citizen

Application Instructions: To be considered for the Service Grant, please complete the form below and upload an essay that includes: a short description of your duties as a First Responder; OR a statement as to how you have been “touched” by a First Responder’s service; OR how you are affected by the stressors of being a family member of a First Responder. If you already have an idea as to how the grant may be used by you, feel free to provide that information as well.
