LaShatá Marie Grayson is a dynamic advocate with a singular mission: empowering individuals to embrace their utmost potential. Guided by the principle that our lives truly begin when we refuse to stay silent about the things that matter, especially in the realms of equity and justice work, LaShatá brings over 9 years of expertise in educational & cultural development consulting to the forefront.

Having positively impacted over 40 organizations annually and provided training to 9,000+ college leaders each year, LaShatá stands out as a learning development strategist and a catalyst for profound cultural transformation. Her journey, spanning from primary education to the revered halls of academia, has uniquely equipped her with a decade of experience in leadership development. She has tirelessly championed diversity and inclusion at middle management levels, consistently fostering climates of positive change.

LaShatá's overarching goal is to chart a clear course on how to infuse equity into every facet of Phi Alpha Delta. With a commitment to creating a pathway for the organization, she seeks to provide 3-5 diverse learning styles for effective communication with both active and alumnae members.
