Biography:
Lynda Cevallos, Esq. is a nationally recognized leader in legal education access and equity, currently serving as Vice President of Academic Affairs at the Council on Legal Education Opportunity, Inc. (CLEO). In this pivotal role, she oversees CLEO’s signature programs—from Pre-Law Pipeline programs and law school admissions preparation to bar readiness initiatives—all designed to support students from historically underrepresented backgrounds, including first-generation and community college students, as they prepare for law school and succeed in the legal profession. With a career rooted in advocacy, mentorship, and program innovation, Lynda is deeply committed to expanding access and opportunity. Her leadership has helped thousands of students strengthen their law school applications, navigate the rigors of legal education, and build the confidence necessary to thrive in the field.
Lynda Cevallos has also played a central role in CLEO’s national collaboration with the National Conference of Bar Examiners (NCBE), helping implement a comprehensive bar passage program that includes webinars, essay writing support, and personalized mentorship.
