Dear Brothers, Sisters, and Siblings,
I have appointed District XIX Justice Amy Polowy (Alden Chapter, Buffalo Alumni Chapter) to serve as the Chair of the Nominations Committee for the 66th Biennial Convention, to be held in Portland, Oregon August 5-8, 2026. Sister Polowy has served Phi Alpha Delta with distinction as a District Justice, and she will undoubtedly serve as an outstanding chair of the Nominations Committee

In the upcoming weeks, the Executive Office will be updating the 2026 Biennial Convention and Leadership Conference web page to inform the membership about the Nominations Process, Proposed Rules of Convention, and Election process.
You may download the Rules of the Nominations Committee below. https://us.list-manage.com/JiOhJHzI1rs?e=95d56e7b01&c2id=f9cc473c88f28488d222b93ad31299a9 District Justices or District Liaisons will appoint a member from their respective District to serve on the Nominations Committee.
Any member who seeks to be nominated for election to the IEB or International Tribunal shall provide notice to the Executive Director by Thursday, August 6, 2026 at 9:00 p.m. Pacific.
The Nominations Committee will meet during Convention on Friday, August 7, 2026 from 1:00-6:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Members may serve on the Nominations Committee in-person or virtually.
If you are interested in serving on the Nominations Committee, please contact your District Justice or District Liaison. If your District does not have a District Justice or District Liaison, please contact me directly so we can ensure each of our thirty-three (33) districts is involved in vetting candidates for the IEB and International Tribunal.
