2026 G.O.L.D. Program Applications NOW OPEN!

Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International is proud to announce the launch of its 2026 G.O.L.D. Program (Growing Our Leadership and Diversity), a leadership development experience designed for law students and recent graduates seeking to strengthen their leaderships skills, professional readiness, and engagement within the legal community.

The weekend experience will take place March 27-29, 2026 in Indianapolis, Indiana. Programming will feature presentations and professional development opportunities supported by the Indianapolis Bar Association and Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, providing attendees with valuable engagement and insight from respected leaders and institutions within the legal community.

Program Highlights Include:

• Leadership Assessments & Identity Work
  Gain deeper insight into your leadership style through guided assessments, strengths-based reflection, and personalized facilitator feedback.
• Interactive Workshops & Skill-Building Sessions
  Learn practical strategies rooted in P.A.D.’s core values, including integrity, professionalism, compassion, innovation, diversity, and courage. Workshops focus on communication, decision-making, navigating law school challenges, and leading with purpose.

  Refine your résumé and LinkedIn, strengthen your interview presence, elevate your professional brand, and connect with legal recruiters and practicing attorneys offering real internship and job pathways.
