Passing The Gavel is a how-to session designed to support outgoing and incoming leaders of Phi Alpha Delta chapters as they navigate the leadership transition process.

This session will guide you through:

● Effectively transitioning your role to the next leader

● A helpful 90-day framework to onboard new officers

● Tips for documenting chapter knowledge and preserving chapter culture

● Tools to ensure a seamless handoff and set your successor up for success

Whether you're completing your term or just getting started, this session will provide you with the tools, structure, and support to make your leadership transition meaningful and effective.
