It is with a heavy heart to inform you that our brother Norm Owen passed away October 24, 2024. We are currently waiting for information on the memorial services for Norm. Those will be sent to you once we are notified of the arrangements.

Norm taught us all the true meaning of fraternalism and friendship, and those lessons will live on in each of us. His kindness and generosity touched the lives of so many. You can read Norm's biography here.

We have established the Norm Owen Law Chapter Reactivation Fund in Norm’s honor. Norm loved P.A.D. and seeing chapters thrive. Please consider honoring Norm’s legacy with a gift to the fund.
