from a Judge’s Perspective"

You are invited to a webinar featuring Judge Martin Karopkin on Tuesday, October 22nd at 7 p.m. Eastern time. Judge Karopkin will discuss United Nations War Crimes Tribunals based on his experience serving as an International Judge with the United Nations Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo (2004-2005) and as a Reserve Justice of the Supreme Court of the ECCC of Cambodia during the initial rule-making phase of that tribunal (2006-2008). He will speak for 20-25 minutes and host a Q & A session. 

After the presentation, Judge Karopkin will be Honorarily Initiated into P.A.D. by the New Hampshire Alumni Chapter.
