Don't Forget to Complete the P.A.D. Climate Survey by Friday, November 30, 2022

As a reminder, as part of Phi Alpha Delta’s ongoing Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) efforts, we developed a climate survey* and we need your input. Our goal is to meet members where they are, and this survey provides you with the opportunity to provide feedback on the current Fraternity climate as it relates to DEI issues. 

You have a voice in P.A.D., and we want to hear it.

The data collected from this survey will help us identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges as we continue to develop our DEI plan and strive toward becoming a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive organization.
