P.A.D. Announces Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Survey

Thursday, November 3, 2022   (0 Comments)

As a part of Phi Alpha Delta’s ongoing Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) efforts, we developed a climate survey* and we need your input. Our goal is to meet members where they are, and this survey provides you with the opportunity to provide feedback on the current Fraternity climate as it relates to DEI issues.

You have a voice in P.A.D., and we want to hear it.

CLICK HERE TO COMPLETE THE SURVEY

The link will be available through Friday November 30, 2022.
The survey is voluntary and anonymous; every question is optional.

The data collected from this survey will help us identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges as we continue to develop our DEI plan and strive toward becoming a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive organization.

If you have any suggestions, feedback, or questions, please email Executive Director Andrew Sagan at andrew@pad.org. To hear more about why the climate survey is an important piece of our ongoing DEI efforts, please click here for a brief video message from our International Justice.

Thank you for your time and consideration in supporting your Fraternity.

*This survey was created with the support and expertise of Dr. Franklin Turner, a consultant who advises organizations and groups on strategies to enhance their DEI efforts. Dr. Turner worked closely with the International Executive Office and members of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Advisory Council (DEIAC) when designing the survey.

We are seeking membership demographic information and your perception of topics related to recruitment, member retention, programming, policies, and procedures.
