Dear Brothers, Sisters, and Siblings, For the past 120 years, we as a Fraternity have been dedicated to service – service to the student, the school, the profession, and the community. During the Awards Banquet at our 64th Biennial Convention and Leadership Conference, I challenged each of you to reach out to me and tell me how you would like to be of service. It is only through the support of each and every one of you that we can move this organization forward and meet our members where they are. As International Justice, I am responsible for making appointments to various leadership positions, councils, and committees. So I am now calling on you to tell me how you would like to be of service. To ensure that all P.A.D. members are given the opportunity to serve, anyone interested in serving in an appointed position must apply for consideration, even if they are currently serving in that position. I will be working with the rest of the International Executive Board (IEB) to make these appointments in phases since several of them are time sensitive. I am happy to report that the application for phase 1 appointments is now open. Phase 1 appointments include the following: - Chief Legal Advisor (CLA)
- Chief Diversity Advisor (CDA)
- Chief History Advisor (International Historian)
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Advisory Council (DEIAC)
- Strategic Planning Committee
- Leadership Development Committee
- Programming Committee
- History Committee
- Dispute Resolution Committee
- Competitions Committee
- Audit and Finance Committee
- Disciplinary Committee
- Compliance Investigators
- Ombuds
To be considered for a phase 1 appointment, you must complete the application no later than 5:00 PM Eastern on Friday September 16, 2022. As you consider how you would like to be of service to Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International, I ask that you please review the overview of the phase 1 appointments, which includes a summary of the charges, duties, and/or minimum qualifications for each appointment. If you have any question, please do not hesitate to contact me directly at IJ.Nicole.M.Grida@gmail.com. Otherwise, I hope to see many of you applying to be of service to our beloved P.A.D. Fraternally, Nicole M. Grida International Justice Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International
