The International Executive Board (IEB) is seeking member comments regarding several proposed changes to Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International's governing documents. Specifically, the IEB is considering the following proposed amendments:You must be signed into your P.A.D. account to view the above proposals.
Please note that the recommended By-Laws revisions and amendments from the DEIAC and to Articles 7, 8, and 9 of the Fraternity Policy Manual (FPM) will be subject to a 30-day member comment period; comments are due by June 26, 2022. The proposed amendments to Article 15 of the FPM will be subject to a 45-day member comment period; comments are due by July 11, 2022. The proposed amendments to Article 13 of the FPM will be subject to a 30-day member comment period; comments are due by July 15, 2022.
