We are excited to announce the application period for the Phi Alpha Delta G.O.L.D. (Growing Our Leadership Diversity) Program is now open. This is a leadership development and mentoring program designed to provide P.A.D. law student members with the opportunity to:
  1. Build upon existing skills to become better leaders;
  2. Foster relationships with other leaders in P.A.D. through a formal mentoring program;
  3. Benefit from a moderated leadership assessment to gain insight into personal and group management styles, identify strengths, and confront weaknesses; and
  4. Develop a pipeline of diverse members willing to take on additional leadership roles in P.A.D. upon graduation from law school.

The application period will remain open through March 1, 2022 and will have an inaugural class size of no more than twenty (20) law students. The program will kick off at the 2022 Biennial Convention & Leadership Conference and continue through the spring 2023 semester.

For detailed information please visit www.PAD.org/GOLDProgram. We hope you will share this information with law students in your district and encourage those members to use this new leadership development and mentoring program as an additional recruitment tool for the spring 2022 semester.

If you or any law students in your district have questions about the G.O.L.D. Program, please email the Executive Office at info@pad.org.
