Phi Alpha Delta Awards to be Presented at Convention

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

We are pleased to announce that Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International will be presenting several awards during our upcoming Convention. Included are three of the Fraternity's highest honors. 

Barbara Jordan Award: Fred Gray, Landmark-Setting Civil Rights Attorney
This award is presented to a member for their lifetime commitment to and contributions to the “rule of law” and their contributions to the judicial system, in keeping with the spirit of our departed sister, U.S. Congresswoman Barbara Jordan.

Tom C. Clark Equal Justice Under Law Award: Congresswoman Donna Shalala
This award is presented to an individual for their contributions to society in advocating, promoting and/or exemplifying the principle of “equal Justice under law,” in keeping with the spirit of our departed brother, Tom C. Clark, Associate Justice of the United States Supreme Court. 

John J. McAulay Legal Educator Award: Dean William VanderWyden, University of Miami School of Law
Presented to a P.A.D. member for their contribution to legal education based upon a lifetime of dedication to the principles and ideals of integrity, compassion, courage and professional service.
