We are thrilled to announce that the Long Ash Chapter's meeting at the 2020 Biennial Convention will take place Thursday, August 6 at 9:30 pm and feature Steve Saka, founder of Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust and former CEO of Drew Estate, as our special guest and presenter!

For just $25, you will get two of the most highly acclaimed cigars currently on the market, the Sin Compromiso and the Sobremesa Brûlée, with the person who created them.

To register for the event, please click here!

The cigars alone would likely cost you more than $30 retail. What you will learn about cigars, however, will be priceless!

Whether you love cigars or are just curious about them, you DO NOT want to miss this event.

If you've ever smoked a Liga Privada No. 9, you're already familiar with some of Steve's work. Steve is regarded as a cigar expert throughout the industry, and is credited as being a master cigar blender, a prolific author regarding cigars and tobacco, a forefather within the online media segment and a dynamic tobacco industry executive. In 2000, he worked directly for Lew Rothman, the former owner of JR Cigar, as an executive consultant for four years. Subsequently he served as the President, then CEO of Drew Estate from 2005 through 2013. In 2015, he fulfilled a lifelong dream by establishing the family held Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust to craft cigars without any compromises.

Steve and Dunbarton's list of accolades includes:

  • “Hottest Cigar of the Year” - 2013 & 2014 - Liga Privada - Cigar Aficionado’s Insider
  • “Cigar Company of the Year” - 2017/2018/2019 - Halfwheel
  • Plus over 100+ “90+” Ratings and 50+ “Top Ten Cigar of the Year” Selections including a dozen plus #1s since 2015
