Frelinghuysen Chapter Alum Promoted!

Congratulations to Melissa Osorio Dibble (Frelinghuysen) who was recently named partner at Archer Attorneys at Law in New Jersey!

 Archer is pleased to announce that attorneys Melissa Osorio Dibble, Pete Jamison and Jonathan P. Rardin have been named partners of the firm, effective January 1, 2020. The new partners were previously associates with Archer, one of the region’s largest law firms. They represent a diverse base of clients in several practice areas, which include estate and trust litigation, environmental law, trade secret protection and non-compete, and commercial litigation.

“We are proud to promote these three outstanding lawyers to partner,” said Archer President Christopher R. Gibson. “Our new partners exemplify the best of Archer through their hard work, dedication and success. We congratulate each of them on this well-deserved recognition.”

MELISSA OSORIO DIBBLE concentrates her practice in the area of Estate and Trust Litigation in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Melissa has handled all varieties of probate, general equity, and Orphans’ Court matters, including, but not limited to accounting, will contests, breach of fiduciary duty actions, contested guardianships, writings intended as wills, trust modifications, and matters involving the Uniform Prudent Management of Institutional Funds Act and the Slayer Statute. Melissa has represented institutions and individuals, including banks, universities, executors, trustees, beneficiaries of estates and trusts, and intestate heirs. Melissa is a frequent speaker on topics regarding estate and trust litigation and has authored articles on the doctrine of writings intended as wills and the Uniform Trust Code.
