Since 1967, P.A.D. has offered members the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be admitted to the United States Supreme Court Bar. The 53rd Annual P.A.D. Day will be held on June 2-3, 2019.
We make the admission process smooth, affordable and memorable for P.A.D. alumni. To be eligible you must be in at least 3 years good standing with your state bar. If you need help obtaining sponsor signatures, please contact us. We are happy to provide sponsorship to P.A.D. Day participants. The process is simple and the event is one of the most significant in an attorney’s legal career.
This event includes a welcome reception on Sunday evening to meet and mingle with your P.A.D. Brothers and Sisters from across the country. A breakfast will be provided at the Supreme Court prior to your admission. Admittees and guests will have a group picture taken at the Court. Following the ceremony and picture, you will enjoy lunch with guests and prominent P.A.D. members from the D.C. area.

You must complete the registration form and bar application, and purchase your registration fee to reserve your space for the 53rd P.A.D. Day at the U.S. Supreme Court. Your registration is NOT complete until we receive the following:

- $475 per Applicant (fee includes the $200 application fee to the U.S. Supreme Court)
- Certificate of Good Standing (from the highest court in your licensed state (typically your state's Supreme Court, NOT YOUR STATE BAR))
CAN'T ATTEND P.A.D. DAY OR NOT A P.A.D. MEMBER?
- $175 per Guest (fee includes attendance to all portions of P.A.D. Day events (only 1 guest per admittee is guaranteed a guest pass to witness the ceremony. See FAQ's for detailed information about guest policies.)
SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION
The U.S.. Supreme Court Bar application and supporting materials must be originals. All signatures must be pen-to-paper, and no copies or scans are accepted. If you need the Executive Office to obtain your sponsorship signatures, please mail all materials completed with that portion blank.
