Join Phi Alpha Delta on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at 8:00 pm Eastern Time/5:00 pm Pacific Time for the first P.A.D. Speaker Series presentation of 2022. With start of a new year, many will turn their focus to overall well-being, fitness, and other positive practices. This session will focus on general wellness, building healthy habits and relationships, how to craft the ideal work/life balance, and more, all through the lens of best practices for those in the legal profession. 

In conjunction with the P.A.D. Health Initiative, hear from P.A.D. members Michelle Meloche (J. Sullivan Chapter, St. Louis Alumni Chapter), Nicole Winget (Willis Chapter, Triangle Area Alumni Chapter), Tanisha Henson (Pepper Chapter), and Nicole Grida (Sanford Chapter) who will share their personal and professional insights.
