On behalf of the International Executive Board (IEB), I am happy to report that the comment period for the proposed amendment to Section 12.5 (D) of the Fraternity Policy Manual (FPM), which contains the District Leadership & Transition  Conference Fund is now open. Please review the entire working document on the rationale here.   

Once you have had a chance to review the proposed amendment, you are invited to submit your comments to the IEB by emailing Executive Director Andrew Sagan at andrew@pad.org.

All comments for the proposed amendments to FPM Section 12.5 D must be made no later than Monday, January 12, 2026 at 5:00 PM Eastern.
