The Law Expo is hosted in conjunction with Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Conference. The 2025 Conference is being hosted in Alexandria, Virginia from November 5-8, 2025 with the Expo being held Friday, November 7, 2025 from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM ET. This registration is for vendors/sponsors and not students/attendees. For complete event information, please visit www.PAD.org/PreLawConference.

An Expo Booth includes a table for your representative(s), meeting with conference attendees, visitation incentives for students, a list of attendees post- event, comprehensive listing in registration materials and on the P.A.D. website, and an option to waive application fee for additional exposure. The Early Bird price for Expo Booths is $400 through August 31, 2025. The price increases to $450 on September 1, 2025.

Shipping Materials: The earliest packages can be received to the Hilton Alexandra Mark Center is Friday, October 31, 2025. Packages that arrive before Friday, October 31st will be returned to sender. You must inform us in advance if your box(es) will be over 20 lbs; failure to do so will result in your package getting misplaced in receiving. Please ensure your box(es) are labeled to the below address exactly as written.
