Hike to Multnomah Falls With the P.A.D. Health Initiative

Join Acacia Bellamy (Pepper Chapter, Baltimore Alumni Chapter) and the P.A.D. Health Initiative (PADHI) Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at 9:00 AM PDT for a hike to beautiful Multnomah Falls. For transportation to the Falls, visit the Gray Line of Portland at https://www.graylineofportland.com/ and select the Waterfall Hop-On Hop-Off Trolley Tour Multnomah Falls Day Pass option. This option costs only $37.00. To get on the trolley participants must meet at the green Waterfall Trolley ticket booth at 35800 E Historic Columbia River Highway, Corbett, OR 97019. The meeting location is about 31 minutes from the Hilton Portland Downtown (the Convention hotel). Sister Bellamy will carpool as many members that can fit in an oversized Uber/Lyft free of charge. 

If you are interested in joining Sister Bellamy for the hike on Wednesday, August 5, please email her no later than end of business Monday, July 27, 2026. Interested members should meet her in the lobby of the Hilton Portland Downtown (Convention hotel) at 7:30 AM, for a 7:45 AM departure time. Can’t make the hike on Wednesday, August 5th? No worries! Members are encouraged to hike Multnomah Falls whenever their schedule permits. Multnomah Falls is one of the most iconic and visited natural recreation spots in the Pacific Northwest—you don’t want to miss this opportunity!

For your situational awareness, timed-entry permits (e.g., tickets) to enter the park are $2.00 from 9:00 AM-6:00 PM. You may enter the park for free before 9:00 AM, but the lodge and gift shop(s) will be closed. Tickets are available 14 days in advance of the day you plan to visit. However, if you use Gray Line of Portland, the ticket is included in your transportation option.
