Biography:
LaShatá Grayson is the Director of Training & Growth for Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International, where she leads the organization's learning and leadership development strategy. She designs transformational learning experiences that prepare pre-law students, law students, and legal professionals to lead with confidence, purpose, and integrity.
Beginning her career as a special education teacher, LaShatá has spent the last eight years designing learning experiences that help individuals and organizations grow. Her expertise spans leadership development, curriculum design, facilitation, organizational learning, talent development, recruitment strategy, and inclusive learning design that supports diverse learning styles.
LaShatá holds a Master of Science in Education in College Student Personnel Administration from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Indiana University Indianapolis, along with a Certificate in Event Management and a Yellow Belt in Six Sigma. She is also a Nonprofit Certified Professional, an ATD Certified Coach, and has completed advanced training in facilitation and program design through The Leadership and Training Studio.
Her work and thought leadership have been featured in the Indianapolis Recorder and Inside Indiana Business. In 2026, she was recognized as a BFT 25 Culture Shifter, a Junior Achievement of Central Indiana Indy's Best & Brightest Finalist, and a Center for Leadership Development "Up and Coming Achiever" award recipient for her contributions to leadership development and community impact.
