G.O.L.D. Program Mentorship Application

Are you interested in becoming a mentor for the G.O.L.D. Program?

The following application is for P.A.D. alumni members interested in becoming mentors to law student participants of the G.O.L.D. (Growing Our Leadership Diversity) Program. Accepted law students are members of diverse and unique backgrounds seeking leadership and career development, networking, and diversity education.

Prior to applying, please review the Mentor Expectations, where you will find additional information regarding the mentorship component of the G.O.L.D. Program.  After reviewing the Mentor Expectations, we encourage you to apply to be a mentor if you will have the time to devote for our next law cycle. The application period has closed for the 2024-2025 cycle.

Applications will be reviewed by the Leadership Development Committee and P.A.D. Executive Office staff. Information provided will not be shared outside of the review process. Applicants will be notified in the upcoming months if they are paired with a student or not.

Demographic fields on this form assist the review committee in selecting mentors who are qualified and whose intersectionality reflects a unique perspective in the legal profession, legal education, and leadership roles. If you are selected to serve as a mentor, an intake form will be administered to help establish successful mentor/mentee pairings.

Please note that only fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required for submission. Applicants are encouraged to answer writing prompts thoughtfully.

If you have any questions, please email Executive Director Andrew Sagan (andrew@pad.org) or call the Executive Office at 410-347-3118.
