
To report your alumni chapter's 2026 Convention delegates, please submit the form below.
Note: This form is only for alumni chapters. Law chapters should submit their delegates here; at-large delegates may be reported via email to andrew@pad.org.
To be eligible to have delegates at the 2026 Biennial Convention, alumni chapters must meet certain requirements. By submitting this form, you hereby certify:
- That at a regularly called meeting of the chapter, the following members were duly elected as the delegates and alternate delegates of said chapter to the Biennial Convention & National Leadership Conference of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International;
- That the chapter has submitted to the Executive Office all applications and corresponding initiation fees;
- That the chapter has been chartered or reactivated at least six (6) months prior to the beginning of the Convention at which they could be seated;
- That the chapter has held not less than two (2) official meetings in each year of the biennium immediately preceding the Convention except that if an alumni chapter is chartered or reactivated during a non-Convention year;
- That the chapter has held elections for each year of active status during the biennium; and
- That for each year of active status during the biennium the chapter has initiated at least one Alumni member or paid the Chapter tax, unless this requirement was waived by vote of the International Executive Board.
