Outstanding Alumni Chapter Officer Awards Application

You are invited to submit a nomination for the Outstanding Alumni Chapter Justice, Vice Justice, Clerk, Treasurer, or Marshal for the fiscal year (June 1-May 31). The awards will be presented to the nominees selected as most outstanding among P.A.D.’s alumni chapters. Winners will be announced and honored over the summer.

If you believe that any of the officers of your chapter should be considered for these awards, please complete this nomination form and submit with a one-page essay detailing the accomplishments of the candidate in their particular office.

In addition to detailing how the nominee fulfilled their required duties, we suggest you describe the nominee’s general leadership ability, the role they played in administering chapter events and programs, how the nominee contributed to recruitment efforts, and anything else which you believe sets the nominee apart and makes them “Outstanding” to your chapter.

To apply for this award, the alumni chapter must have met the following criteria:

  • The chapter has been chartered/reactivated for at least six months prior to submission of this application
  • The chapter has held at least one official meeting in the last year and that this meeting was attended by at least 5 of the chapter’s alumni members
  • The qualifying official meeting described in subparagraph “b” must have been published by the alumni chapter not less than thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled date of the meeting
  • The chapter has held officer elections within the last year.
If you have any questions or need additional information with regard to completing this application, please contact the Executive Office at (410) 347-3118 or by email at info@pad.org. This application must be submitted no later than the first Monday in June.
