This August. the 2022 Phi Alpha Delta Biennial Convention and Leadership Conference will take place in Scottsdale, AZ. Part of each Convention is the election of our new International Officers.
As part of the P.A.D. election process, each district has one representative serve on the Nominations Committee. This member is appointed by the District Justice. The following districts do not have a District Justice, and we are seeking interested law student and alumni members from these districts who may be interested in serving on the Nominations Committee:
District III
District IV
District IX
District XI
District XIV
District XXVII
District XXVIII
District XXXIII
The Nominations Committee will be charged with interviewing candidates for the International Executive Board and International Tribunal and recommending a slate of candidates. Elections will take place during the Biennial Convention this August. The Nominations Committee will meet virtually in advance of Convention; the time commitment is expected to be about 10-12 virtual hours, spread out over several meetings. If you are interested in serving as the representative from your District, please email P.A.D. Deputy Director Emily Baranoski at emily@pad.org indicating your interest and why you would be best to serve by Monday, March 7, 2022.
