2021 P.A.D. Holiday Card Exchange

Join the P.A.D. Health Initiative in spreading holiday cheer this year by signing up to send some cards to fellow P.A.D. members!

To participate in this year's holiday card exchange, this form is due Sunday, November 21st, 11PM EST: https://forms.gle/hZxRhsEvkAWPXhHP9

You will receive your list of five P.A.D. members to spread holiday cheer with by Friday, November 26th. Cards must be sent by Sunday, December 5th.

If you are interested in or feel inclined to send more cards than the ones you are assigned, please reach out to us at padhealthinitiative@gmail.com and we can send you more.
