Join Phi Alpha Delta on May 19, 2021 at 8:00 pm Eastern Time/5:00 pm Pacific Time for "Effective Use of Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution". This presentation, which is part of the P.A.D. Speaker Series, will feature three mediation and ADR professionals who will share their best tips and practices.

In a dispute, parties may be unable to resolve their outstanding issues because of their inability to find common ground. Litigation can be competitive and become impractical, and lawsuits may not be the best manners in which to resolve disputes.

The legal system provides other methods of dispute resolution, including negotiation, mediation and arbitration, that can all be done by the parties themselves or under court supervision. This presentation will focus on how to use mediation and other alternative dispute resolution (ADR) tactics in the most effective way for legal professionals and for clients.

This is a free presentation for P.A.D. members. Please complete the RSVP form to reserve your spot.
