Please join the International Executive Board (“IEB”) for its first Membership Forum on Tuesday April 6, 2021 at 8:00PM Eastern/5:00PM Pacific. These quarterly forums will be an opportunity for the all P.A.D. members to engage in a round table discussion about various issues. Prior to each Forum, the IEB will select a topic or topics based upon suggestions received from members.

The topic for our first Membership Forum will be the alumni chapter tax. Following a brief introduction by International Justice John Miquel, Deputy Director Emily Baranoski will provide overview of the alumni chapter tax, what it is, why it exists, what it funds, what happens if you do not pay it, etc. We will then move directly into the roundtable discussion with each member having a chance to speak for up to three (3) minutes. All members will have an opportunity to speak before a member gets to speak more than once (time permitting). Additionally, an IEB member will be taking notes so the Alumni Advisory Council, who has been tasked with addressing the alumni chapter tax, will know the issues raised by our membership during the Forum.

Because this Membership Forum will be a videoconference, please be sure your Zoom name includes your first and last name so we can verify your membership. All attendees will be muted upon entry and will be unmuted once recognized as being the next member to speak.

If you have any suggestions for topics for a future Forum, please email those to the IEB at PADIEB@pad.org
