International Justice Jay Ross invites you to the Pre-Convention International Executive Board meeting tomorrow Wednesday, August 5 at 3:00 pm Eastern.

All participants will be placed in a “waiting room” and will be granted access upon verification.

Over the past few months, the IEB has been pleased to see more and more of our key volunteers join our monthly Board Meetings. To ensure that Board Meetings run smoothly, the format of the Zoom meeting will change slightly to allow for an orderly meeting. Please note that you will be muted upon entry to the meeting.

If you would like to be heard during a specific portion of the meeting for which the International Justice or other Board Member is chairing the meeting, the IEB will be adhering to the following procedure:

  1. Members wishing to be heard, should raise their hand using the "raise hand" feature in Zoom. For more information on how to "raise your hand" within the Zoom platform, please click here.
  2. The International Marshal will keep track of those members who have raised their hands and report to the Board Member chairing that portion of the meeting that a hand has been raised.
  3. Once the Board Member chairing that portion of the meeting acknowledges that a given member can speak, the International Marshal will unmute that person.
  4. Once the member has been heard, the International Marshal will mute that person again.

Again, we appreciate you taking the time to attend our Board Meetings and for all you do for Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International. Please know the IEB remains committed to allowing our members to participate in our Board Meetings and is instituting this policy to ensure these General Sessions remain orderly

To join the Zoom meeting, please see the information below. Any questions or concerns regarding this new procedure can be sent to the Executive Director, International Justice, or International Marshal.
