Join the P.A.D. Health Initiative in spreading holiday cheer this year by signing up to send some cards to fellow P.A.D. members! This national initiative is open to ALL P.A.D. members. 

To participate in the Winter Card Exchange, please complete this form by November 30th. All cards are to be sent by December 13, 2025.
