About The Wakanda Fund The Wakanda Fund was established by a group of P.A.D. members (The Wakanda Chapter) to help further P.A.D. diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. This grant provides direct financial assistance to Black members of Phi Alpha Delta to attend Conventions.
